LTG Frank Kearney

Lieutenant General Frank Kearney is the Chief Executive Officer of Draper Laboratories. Draper employees over 1,700 employees in Cambridge, Massachusetts and Reston, Virginia. LTG Kearney served 35 years in the U.S. military, primarily in Special Operations, with combat tours in Grenada, Panama, Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere. He served at the tactical, operational and strategic levels of U.S. national security including as the Deputy Commander for U.S. Special Operations (USSOCOM). LTG Kearney has been a faculty member with Thayer Leadership since he retired from the Army in 2012.
